The Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE) receives funding from the Australian Federal Government International Science Linkages – Science Academies Programme (ISL-SAP) to fund Frontiers of S&T Missions and Workshops during the financial year 2009-10.
The International Science Linkages (ISL) Programme supports Australian scientists, from both the public and private sectors, to collaborate with international partners on leading edge science and technology in order to contribute to Australia’s economic, social and environmental wellbeing. ISL – SAP component provides targeted support to Australia’s scientific academies for specific activities using their networks and expertise to promote international S&T collaboration involving Australians.
In order to strengthen and further the objectives of the International Science Linkages – Science Academies Progamme, ATSE is offering Australian researchers an opportunity to submit expressions of interest for international activities during the financial year 2009-2010. The closing date for EOI forms is Monday 10 November 2008, 5.00 pm EST.
