Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) has launched a new podcast, “think difference”
Each episode will explore individual and institution’s journeys with gender equity, diversity and inclusion in STEMM.
The first episode, ‘Dads are parents too’, looks at why some men feel uncomfortable taking parental leave, and how that culture is changing. You’ll learn what Monash University is doing to support new parents and meet two dads: one starting his primary carer’s leave and another reflecting back on the experience.
The SAGE initiative is co-run by the Academy and the Australian Academy of Science.
