Sue MacLeman has more than 30 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology executive having held senior roles in corporate, medical, commercial and business development. Sue is also appointed to several academic and government advisory committees. Her broad commercial experience is underpinned by graduate qualifications in pharmacy and post graduate qualifications in corporate governance, commercial law, business administration and marketing.
Kathryn Fagg AO FTSE

Kathryn Fagg is an experienced chairman and board member having worked in senior executive roles across a range of industries, from resources, to manufacturing and logistics, as well as banking and professional services, in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
Drew Clarke AO PSM FTSE
Chairman of the Australian Energy Market Operator
A previous Secretary of the Department of Resources and Energy, Mr Clarke has had a long career in the energy sector and the Australian Public Service. He established ARENA, administered major clean energy technology programs, and was Australia’s representative on the Governing Board of the International Energy Agency. Mr Clarke was awarded the Order of Australia in 2016 for distinguished service to public administration and the Public Service Medal in 2009 for his energy policy work. Mr Clarke is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering, and is currently a Non-Executive Director of the CSIRO and NBNCo.
