Dr Tony Radford AO is a successful entrepreneur in the Australian biotechnology industry taking an Australian invention to the world market through Cellestis a company he co-founded in 2000. The Tuberculosis diagnostic test he pioneered is now the standard of care for the diagnosis of TB in humans. He has been recognised for his work with the CSIRO medal, Clunies Ross Award, La Trobe Uni Distinguished Alumni award and an AO. He is on the Board of a number of Australian biotechnology companies , one of the founding Directors of the IMNIS initiative and a Director of the Radford Foundation a philanthropic trust.
