About the role
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for delivering impactful events? Join our dynamic team as a STEM Programs Events Coordinator and help us craft career enhancing experiences through engaging, seamless, and strategically aligned events, workshops and other activities.
In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the STEM Careers team using their data driven insights to deliver a diverse calendar of virtual and in-person events. From concept to execution, your work will help elevate our STEM Career programs, boost engagement, and ensure every event is meaningful, inclusive, and financially sustainable.
Key accountabilities include:
- Co-create and coordinate a cohesive annual program of events aligned with organisational goals.
- Deliver smooth, professional events that leave a lasting impression—both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with Communications Team to amplify visibility and participation through event promotion.
- Respond to stakeholder and participant needs with professionalism and care.
- Use data and feedback to analyse event success and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and event protocols, managing logistics and tech needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.

About the role
Are you passionate about creating welcoming, engaging experiences and using data to make a difference? We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting participants and delivering meaningful outcomes through our nationally recognised STEM mentoring program – and other exciting initiatives.
This is more than just a support role – it’s a chance to influence how programs are experienced and evolved.
As the first point of contact for our program participants, you’ll ensure every interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with our values. Your structured approach to administration and your ability to turn data into insight will directly contribute to shaping and strengthening the program's impact.
Key accountabilities include:
- Be the friendly and knowledgeable first touchpoint for mentoring program participants – guiding onboarding and day-to-day engagement.
- Use surveys, data analysis, and reporting tools to uncover insights that drive continuous improvement and track success.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms while using technology to streamline engagement and improve participant experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Engagement Team to plan program events and activities, share critical milestone achievements, and tell powerful participant stories.
- Provide crucial administrative support – from coordinating meetings and travel to assisting with budget acquittals and managing documentation.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture where our values of empathy, collaboration, and integrity shine through.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a curious and analytical mind, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Technology savvy, with expertise in the use and interrogation of data, including a strong working knowledge of Salesforce.

About the role
Are you a natural organiser who thrives on bringing people, processes and information together? We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth delivery of high-impact projects and strategic forum activities by ensuring workflows, reviews and delivery are clear, timely and aligned with broader organisational systems.
Working across the organisation, you’ll be the connector — corralling input and ensuring information flows efficiently between teams, our Fellows and stakeholders to make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. The role gathers and consolidates accurate data from across the organisation to prepare responses for tenders, grants and other external requests of information.
You'll work hand-in-hand with passionate teams, leveraging technology as an enabler, working with designated platforms confidently to refine workflows and tracking progress. Your technology savvy will also support administration activities including coordinating documentation, scheduling and minuting meetings, and managing travel logistics.
Key accountabilities include:
- Coordinate and compile accurate, timely responses to tenders, grants and information requests
- Consult, corral and consolidate information and data.
- Streamline approval and review workflows across our Policy and International team for maximum impact
- Use digital platforms to manage data, track progress, and enhance collaboration
- Provide essential admin support — from documentation to travel and minuting meetings
- Communicate with clarity and confidence with all stakeholders
