Impact Manager
Turn evidence into influence!
We're looking for a skilled and collaborative Impact Manager to lead ATSE's approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) - generating the evidence, insights and impact narratives that demonstrate the value of our work to funder, philanthropists, government and partners.
This is dynamic cross-cutting role. You'll work across the whole organisation to embed robust evaluation practices, support evidence-informed decision-making, and help translate complex outcomes into compelling stories for diverse audiences. You'll play a key role in advancing ATSE's equity, diversity and inclusion commitments - including our Reconciliation Action Plan - working closely with the CEO, RAP Working Group and our EDI Committee.

What you will do:

Lead the design, application and analysis of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks across ATSE's activities.

Generate high-quality evidence analysis and impact narratives to support policy influence, philanthropic investment, partnerships, fee-for-service opportunities and external reporting.

Support organisational learning and continuous improvement through evaluation insights, evidence synthesis and accessible reporting for internal and external audiences.

Build organisational capability in evaluation and quality assurance by develop shared tools, frameworks and resources across teams.

Work with the EDI Committee, RAP Working Group and CEO to advance ATSE's Reconciliation Action Plan and broader diversity and inclusion commitments.

Support the integration of inclusive and culturally safe approaches across our policies, advocacy, programs and all ATSE activities.

Provide advice on inclusive and evidence-informed decision-making across the ATSE ecosystem.

Work closely with the Director, Partnerships and Philanthropy and leadership team to position ATSE as the trusted partner of choice for funders, philanthropists, industry and government.

Philanthropy Manager
We're looking for an experienced and driven Philanthropy Manager to lead and grow ATSE's philanthropic program. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and Philanthropy, you will take ownership of major gifts, annual giving, trusts and foundations, and bequests — building the donor relationships and pipeline that fuel our mission.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled fundraising professional to shape and deliver a maturing philanthropy program, working closely with ATSE's leadership, Fellows and a passionate team committed to meaningful impact.
What you will do

Lead the development and delivery of ATSE's philanthropic program across major gifts, annual giving, trusts and foundations, and bequests.

Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward major donors, building trusted relationships with ATSE Fellows, supporters and philanthropic stakeholders.

Develop and manage a robust donor pipeline and portfolio, delivering agreed fundraising revenue targets, KPIs and growth objectives.

Design and implement annual fundraising appeals and donor engagement campaigns with compelling cases for support aligned to organisational priorities.

Research and secure funding from trusts, foundations and philanthropic organisations through high-quality grant applications and relationship management.

Establish and grow ATSE's bequest and planned giving program, including legacy marketing, donor stewardship and prospect management.

Deliver donor recognition and reporting programs that strengthen retention and long-term philanthropic support.

Contribute to effective CRM management, data integrity, reporting, budgeting and continuous improvement of fundraising operations.
