STELR's car safety resources use an inquiry-based approach to introduce students to the science of car safety
These resources give students the skills and information required to help them make informed choices as new drivers and how they can contribute to road safety.
Each unit includes online learning activities, videos, simulations, small and large group discussions and practical investigations, and includes information on:
- energy and motion
- speed
- braking and reaction times
- designing cars for safety
- career pathways
The STELR car safety program is designed to be a 4-6 week course.
