Roger is an engineer who has a passion for not only the technical elements of the profession, but also for the human elements that create the space for technical excellence to contribute to the community, and push the boundaries of what is possible. He has channelled his leadership efforts into his business role as managing director of Coffey International Ltd. Under his leadership Coffey has grown from 300 person Australian firm to a 4000 person global firm that continues to grow, prosper and make a real difference in the world.
