With nearly 30 years experience, 9 of which have been at the helm of Australia's largest constrction group, Leighton Holdings, Mr King has been instrumental in the development of enginerring and technology in the construction industry.

His extensive experience on some of Australia's largest infrastructure and resource projects, his knowledge of Asia and his links with international technology specialists would be invaluable to the Academy.

Mr King's participation in business, educatior and leadership in industry organisations (as well as his initiative to establish an R&D group at Leighton) demonstrates his dedication to the further development of engineering, technology and management best practice.
