We invite you to become an IMNIS mentor with ATSE.

IMNIS Engage is ATSE’s award-winning industry engagement initiative. It partners motivated PhD students and early-career researchers (Mentees) in STEM with high-level industry professionals (Mentors) for a transformative one-year mentoring and professional development program.

IMNIS Engage offers a unique platform for mentors and mentees to connect, learn, and grow together. As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to engage with a motivated STEM researcher and support their professional journey. Additionally, you will gain access to a vibrant network of industry leaders, researchers and ATSE Fellows through the activities organised by IMNIS and ATSE.

If you are a senior-level industry professional with approximately 10 or more years of industry experience, executive or management skills, and a passion for fostering the growth of STEM talent, we want you on board! Whether you are a CEO, C-suite executive, director, manager, team leader, or technical specialist, your expertise and advice are invaluable in mentoring a STEM-qualified student and helping them understand and navigate the sector.
