IMNIS Ignite is the ATSE’s postgraduate internship program designed to help organisations around Australia to connect with emerging talent in the STEM sector, fill skills gaps, explore new ideas and bring new talent to your organisation.

The IMNIS Ignite program connects employers with industry-aware STEM PhD students, graduates and early career-researchers who have completed the IMNIS Engage industry mentoring program through internship opportunities.

IMNIS Ignite internships are designed with industry in mind and skills at its core, as they:

  • require minimum administration for your organisation, recruitment, police checks, intern progress reports and payroll are all managed by ATSE;
  • ensure that your intellectual property and confidential information remain protected.
  • allow you to bring interns to work on projects and activities that go beyond research.

Join this information session to learn more about the opportunities this program offers your organisation to leverage the increased knowledge, experience and skills of IMNIS alumni for their projects, collaborations, innovation and strategy.

During this session, Dr Richard Wraith and Dr Tara Shabab from Matthews Steer will share their experience and insights as one of the IMNIS Ignite inaugural host organisations. Attendees can also ask questions about how the program works and how they can participate.
